a) First day of School - Tuesday, September 7, 2010
b) Our award winning Newsletter will be mailed out to all members on or about Oct. 8, 2010. It will contain much information as well as registration forms for many of our events and PL activities
c) Fall Welcome for New OTs and the Fall General Meeting - Thursday, Oct. 21, 2010 at Indian Wells Golf Club on Walker's Line north of Hwy 5 . Much more information about these events and the registration forms will be included in the Fall Newsletter
d) PL Activities that will occur in October - registration will NOT be accepted unless accompanied by the registration form to be mailed to members - Parent -Teacher Interview Skills Workshop , IT Basics, Voice Management

Each of these schools were recoginized at our Annual Dinner with a plaque and they received a tray of fruit delivered to their school for the whole staff to enjoy the following day.. Congratulations to these schools for providing our membership with such a welcoming place to work. Also thanks to the many other schools who were nominated.
3. STO and LTO of the Year:
Congratulations to the following winners of these awards. There were many nominations and we thank all those who took the time to recognize the wonderful work being done in Halton Schools by our members.
STO of the Year - Maria Bengtsson-May - nominated by the staff of Glenview P.S.
LTO of the Year - Jocelyn Egelton - nominated by the staff at Lorne Skuce/ Palermo P.S.
